This unit is a duplex and is both sides. You will have access to both 3 bedroom 2 bath units. One is upstairs and one is downstairs.

For our VRBO guests: if you are to cancel, we are unable to refund Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund. We appreciate your understanding.
