This quaint home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a walking trail. The inviting interior boasts quality furnishings, a spacious dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. You'll find there's plenty of room in the living area to recline and spend time together. The well-equipped kitchen features the tools and appliances you need to put together delicious meal. This home has a fantastic outdoor area. Enjoy grilling and enjoying the side yard on sunny days. At night, you can rest easy in the well-appointed bedrooms that have been outfitted with comfort in mind.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
The fireplace is not operational.
Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming platforms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property is not what is advertised. The backyard was full of weeds and had not been mowed so my kids could not play in the backyard. They do not allow you to connect the wifi to your personal devices. The house was not really well cared for and had stains on the carpet and smelled bad. I would not recommend this place to stay at

Clean, but no wifi.

The overall property was clean and as expected. However, there was no wi-fi that could be connected to personal devices, only to the TV. We had enough service to use the local towers, so it was okay. Luckily, we have unlimited data. The grass had not been mown in a while, so using the yard was a no - but we were okay with that. The general neighborhood was surprising and unsettling - a little more run-down than expected, but it was fine and there were no issues. Overall, good stay in a nice duplex in a "well used" neighborhood.

First and last stay at a property managed by Vacasa

Terrible customer service from Vacasa. Booked a condo in Girdwood for our family vacation managed by Vacasa. After a few weeks we were contacted by Vacasa letting us know that the condo would not be available as it needed maintenance. They rebooked us into a different condo they managed. Months passed and then when we got to Alaska we discovered that Vacasa had canceled the second reservation without any communication. They told me that the second condo was still available and offered to reserve it again, and told me they'd call me back when it was sorted. After a few hours i texted them. This time they told me that yes, they could see that both reservations had been canceled, and suggested that i make a new one myself. Not wanting to deal with Vacasa again, I booked a home elsewhere in Anchorage, but failed to notice that this home too was managed by Vacasa. When we checked in on Sunday we discovered that the wifi in the home was not working. This was at the end of a long trip, immediately after being without cell service for three days, and when roaming data had started to run out for our family. After resetting the router and modem failed to resolve the problem, Vacasa said that they'd notify their local operations manager, but when we left on Tuesday there was still no wifi, or any communication from someone interested in trying to fix it. Home itself was ok.

Nice stay

Convient location for shopping. Well appointed. Furniture could be more comfortable. Could use reading lamps. Extra night stands would be nice Washer/dryer a big plus. Closet doors were off the rails (I reset those). Would recommend to a friend

This property isn't what I would call unique, but it was a lovely place. It had almost everything I needed. It did not have a dvd player, but then I guess they're going out of style. But I would have appreciated one. Communication with Vacasa was a lot of time on hold. I had wanted an extra day, which was an option, but by the time I got through, it was too late. So when I wanted a late check-out, I took the text option. By the time I got my answer (it was a 'no'), it was an hour or more after we'd left.

Great place!

If your looking at booking this property, do it! We enjoyed our stay here! Property was very clean, neighborhood was quiet! I would definitely book here again in the future. When we needed something, they responded in a timely manner.
