Vinterpriser. Nyligen ombyggd två sovrum lyxig lägenhet som är rymlig med massor av ljus. Vackert färdig med en king size-säng i mästaren och queen size-sängen i det andra sovrummet, högkvalitativa möbler i hela, mattor och laminatgolv, lönnskåp i köket med stenbänkskivor och rostfria vitvaror. Detta är en nyckelnhet så allt som behövs tillhandahålls, inklusive kabel-TV och höghastighetsinternet. Platsen inom gångavstånd till centrum och ett kvarter från Park Strip. Byggnaden är säker och dedikerad parkering finns på plats. Denna lägenhet är rökfri och inga husdjur. Vi har varit värd många nöjda resenärer och affärsfolk och skulle vara glada över att du bor hos oss i Anchorage.

Overall it was a great stay. Easy to check in and out and the location was great. The only complaint is that there was no toilet paper or soap when we got there. We also couldn’t get the wifi to work. Not a big deal because we had a car and we didn’t need the internet too much.

On the Northern Lights hunt

We have a great time in Alaska. The apartment is in a great location. The host was great! The cleaning service needs a little remedial training as there were stains on my flat sheet and pillow. The host was quick to get them to come back with a new pillowcase and sheet. Odd but the replacement sheet had a stain on it as well. You can tell they sheet was clean but stained. The cleaning service just needs to double check everything they send out.

Nice clean location

The apartment was clean, spacious and within a walkable distance of downtown. There were not a lot of extras here, so if it isn't in amenities, it isn't likely there. Howard responded immediately to a request for missing items the cleaning crew forgot, but never responded to a request to have the wi-fi fixed during the middle of our stay so we went without it for the majority of time. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable place to stay

We were in Anchorage for a half marathon. The location worked well for us. Downtown wasn’t too far to walk and it was convenient for the race in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment smelled a bit fusty when we first went in but maybe that was because it was early in the season and had been shut up? We got used to it. Couches and beds were comfortable. TV and wifi worked well. Bathroom was ok. I wouldn’t really call it “deluxe” as in the listing. It would have been a good idea to have some sort of information on local things to do and recommendations for places to eat like you sometimes find in rentals. Good communication from the owner/manager.

Alaska trip

Nice property, lots of space with fully functionalkitchen and dining table. Grocery store is literally a few blocks away and can be walked to. Neighborhood is quiet, but within shift drive to restaurants/businesses. I would stay again at this location should I visit anchorage in the future.

This place is sufficient for a place to stay. Decently located as the GPS often said "estimated time of arrival 5 mins". Quiet neighborhood and units were quiet. Bedding could be updated. Toilet is a little short, may be hard on someone who can't squat easily.

Family Vacation

My husband and I brought my daughter and her boyfriend up to visit this time. We have stayed here several times before. I love the location. It is a short walk to downtown and only a few blocks from our family. We tend to make Anchorage our springboard for visiting the area. The unit is beautifully updated and accommodating. Clean and has all you will need for your stay. The new lock gave us a bit of trouble that first night. It really wasn’t as hard as we made it. We’ll chock it up to being tired after a long trip. We didn’t need to contact Howard during this visit. In the past he has been very responsive. His schedule release of information was really all we needed this time. We look forward to our next visit!

Walkable to downtown

Great clean, humble spot within a very short (less than a mile) to downtown Anchorage. Our only complaint was there was no wine opener in the otherwise well stocked kitchen.

Spacious and well furnished

Nice spacious apartment. Very quite. Bed slept very well and couch and chairs were confy. We stayed for three nights in a middle of a camping road trip so it was nice to have space to spread our things out and reorganize. Full oven, stove top with 5 burners, dishwasher and full fridge and Freezer were also nice to have.

Nice Place

Nice place to stay while visiting our daughter and husband in Anchorage. The location was central to getting around every where and we thought the apartment was nicely furnished and decorated well. The king size bed was comfortable but sheets were pilled up. Also could have used extra pillows and blankets. The only thing we did not like was the bathroom. The toilet was so low to the ground it seemed like it belonged in a preschool bathroom. Anyone with bad knees will not like this. Put in a taller toilet and knock the wall out between vanity and toilet for more room. The only reason I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness is because the refrigerator was not wiped down and was quite dirty.

The apartment is a little worn down but bedrooms in ok condition. Apartment was not clean. Dirty fridge and toilet. Very little space in the toilet area of the bathroom, strange layout. Our biggest issue was that the apartment is in the basement with only small windows above ground. There was no ventilation in the apartment and this caused the air to be stale and closed in. Not good for my lungs. Since the window were only a few inches above ground we could not open the windows at night for ventilation. Animals or critters could enter. I would not recommend this place for an extended stay. Building looks to be in need of maintenance on the outside. It did not look good on the outside but was better inside. Quiet neighborhood. Good parking.

Convenient Anchorage Condo

Moderate walk to downtown, nicely refurbished condo. On lower level in 4-plex bldg, 5 stairs up on the outside, 5 steps down inside the doorway. We are 2 senior ladies, with luggage, so that was a little challenge. Kitchen, bathroom attractively redone, good beds, but due to basic construction, original commode in bathroom, which was very low, awkward to stand up from.
