Downtown at your Doorstep

Modern downtown Anchorage home with access to coastal trail for biking and walking, 4 blocks to a park, 1 block to New Sagaya city market and Chickadee coffee shop. Museum, train station, restaurants, shops, etc. are between 2-8th Avenues, a short walk. Three bedrooms, 4 beds, 3 bathrooms with 1 a master bath, full kitchen, living and family rooms with TV in each room, laundry room. About 2200 square feet. One negative: There are 12 steps down to other 2 bedrooms, a challenge to navigate for some older guests with their luggage.

This house was perfect for colleagues attending a conference at the Anchorage Museum. The house is clean, in excellent condition, and well equipped with linens, kitchen equipment and games. It is an easy walk to downtown and there is a wonderful grocery store just a block away. The owner is quick to respond to messages and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful clean home. Extremely comfortable. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and everyone loved the home. It was nice for everyone to have their own bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Great location. There is a grocery store around the corner with a coffee bar and walking distance to downtown.

Excellent stay!!

What a comfortable, well decorated, adorable place!! Lee was very responsive, the location was close to many places we went, with a nice little store just up the street we easily walked to. I’d book here again in a heartbeat, thank you Lee and Evelyn for making the first leg of our family vacation so perfect!!

Our stay here was perfect. The house was immaculate, well stocked and just right for our family of 5. Great location just a few minutes from downtown. Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely well appointed. Very comfortable for three couples. Location was perfect as we were spending a couple of days waiting to start our cruise. Very handy to the airport and the hotel.

Comfortable

After a long travel day it was so nice to stay at a very clean and comfortable home. Our hostess left us some delicious cinnamon bread snacks. The only negative we can think of is that it was on a busy road but that would not hinder us from staying there again!

Lovely home

This property is very clean, well-provisioned and a good location! The owners of this property have thought of everything to make this rental such a nice place to stay. It is a good location and we enjoyed our stay in Anchorage even more b/c of staying here! The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were so nice to have! We walked to the local grocery store a couple of times too. Very convenient! You can't go wrong by staying here.

Cleanest VRBO ever

Lovely stay with three full bathrooms for 3 of us. Good location except if the windows were open the street noise was noticeable to my sister who lives out in the country. The city people didn’t notice.Very convenient to walking downtown or running on the trail.Would definitely stay again and I’m very picky. Hosts were friendly, kind and provided helpful information.

The home and the owners were amazing. Beautifully put together, grocery store across the street, walking distance to the convention center. Phenomenal rooms kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely love the space did not want to leave. The owners let us check in early cuz our plane landed sooner than expected. Beautiful home beautiful experience. Every detail was phenomenal

Large, beautiful home close to downtown

This home was one of the most beautifully decorated vacation rentals we have stayed in and we have stayed in many! Don’t be fooled by the small appearance from outside either, it is a very large space! As a family of seven, multiple generations, we have plenty of space to spread out but also a dinning table that accommodated all of us for dinner. The full kitchen had all we needed for cooking, and the washer and dryer were much appreciated as this was towards the end of our vacation and doing laundry was helpful before packing for home. The house was impeccably clean, and very close to downtown so quick to get to any sights we wanted to see. This place made our stay in Anchorage delightful!

Beautiful home close to town

Easy check in. Quick responses from the owners. The house is beautifully, newly done with tons of room, plenty of towels and blankets, kitchen with everything you need, even for a large group like ours. Grocery store around the corner and walking distance to downtown (15-20 minutes). We would absolutely stay here again.

What a gem of a place. Beautiful home with a lovely host in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, market across the street, coffee shop a block away. The neighborhood reindeer, you walk by on your walk to town. Enjoyed the snacks, water and entertainment provided. Highly recommended! We had a great visit!
