Vår lägenhet ligger bara några minuter från Alyeska Resort i världsklass, på gångavstånd från lokala kaféer, restauranger, bistroer och vår lokala bryggeri och livsmedelsbutik. En bekväm pendelbuss är tillgänglig 7 dagar (och nätter) i veckan och ett stopp är bara en minuts promenad från lägenhetsentrén.

Vår lägenhet har en öppen planlösning med två rymliga sovrum i motsatta ändar av huvudytan för att säkerställa komfort och integritet. Vårt sovrum har en king size-säng utrustad i resort-sängkläder och ett eget garderob med badrum och ett stort badrum med hans och hennes badrum. Det finns en privat dörr som leder till enhetens balkong utrustad med vackra adirondack-stolar.

Gäst sovrummet har en våningssäng i full storlek (båda nivåerna) med en rulla alternativ. Det finns också en egen ingång till gästbadrummet.

Båda sovrummen har flera fönster med utsikt över bergen och persienner för våra långa sommardagar. TV-apparater finns i varje sovrum med Amazon Fire för att få åtkomst till dina favoritströmningstjänster. Varje badrum har djupa badkar för att ge en perfekt touch till en avkopplande kväll.

Vårt kök är fullt utrustat med apparater, diskar och allt du behöver för en hemlagad måltid. En elektrisk inomhus- / utomhusgrill tillåter matlagning eller vistelse i. Vår matplats med öppet koncept har sex platser.

Boytan inkluderar även en bäddsoffa för en person, elektrisk spis, golvvärme, gott om sittplatser och tillgång till enhetens balkong.

Ett underjordiskt garage erbjuds beroende på säsong och tillgänglighet, och parkering är öppen i parkeringsområdet som omger enheten.

Perfect Senior Trip

We made Girdwood our base camp for exploring the upper Kenai Peninsula and Anchorage areas. Had a wonderful week. The condo was easy to access, plenty of space for our group of 3. Soaking in the hot tub at the end of a long day of hiking, biking, or boating was absolutely wonderful. Brant was easy to work with and quick to respond. Thank you!

Beautiful views, quiet environment. Hot tub worked great and was wonderful after long days of hiking adventures. Beds were comfortable, amenities were in working order. Location was perfect for day trips to Whittier, Seward, Anchorage, and local hikes.

Great location and clean

We had a good stay at the condo - amazing location and we loved the large space. We had a couple hiccups though - there weren't sheets available for the twin trundle bed and I think my daughter was allergic to the cow hide rug! Overall, more linens (both sheets and towels) would be helpful for larger groups using the space.

Nice condo with a hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked and they anticipate most all of your needs. We would not have stayed here had we known it was on the third floor as the stairs were very difficult for a disabled person. There is an elevator in the building, but no directions on how to find it, as it was not near the entrance we were directed to use. The hot tub was very nice though and was a requirement for our trip.

Great place in Girdwood

This was the half way point of our Alaska trip. We loved having more space to spread out after over a week in cramped hotel rooms. We enjoyed exploring the area and having a nice place to return to. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. They has a few extra nice touches such as towels and robes for the hot tub. If you are coming in the winter, they have bin of throw blankets to cuddle up on the couch with. There are a few basic items stocked in the kitchen, plus a few items left from previous guests which was nice. Checking in was straight forward and easy. I would definitely rent again if coming to Alaska.

As expected

Place was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Appears to have no air conditioning and was a little warm at first, but small enough to cool off by opening doors. Would have liked to receive check in details a little sooner that we did. We were already traveling when we got the email and I had to search for it and then figure out the instructions. It would have also been helpful to know in advance about the elevator on the other end of the building.

Great except hot tub

Rental as promised except for hot tub. Owner reached out to notify us 10 days prior to stay that hot tub might not be operational. Was not willing to adjust daily rate or compensate for lack of hot tub.

Close to everything in Girdwood

Great location. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a short stay for us so we did not utilize the kitchen. But it appeared to have the basic items needed for meal prep. We hiked the Crow's Pass Trail to Crystal Lake (4 miles one-way) and highly recommend. So beautiful! We ended the day eating at the Double Musky. It is known for great food with a Cajun flare. The condo was a nice place to come back and relax after a busy day in Girdwood.

Hot house, warm tub

The condo unit was nice enough and well accommodated and clean, however, there were only two window screens in the bedrooms (one in each) and none in the living room area resulting in a very warm and stuffy experience. We couldn't just leave the patio door open (no sliding screen door here) because of the many insects that would fly in. Leaving the windows in the bedrooms open was the best solution, however that only offered a small relief. We were also not told that a maintenance crew would be working on the exterior of the unit (third floor). My wife and I were taking a nap and woke up to a crewman in our window in a bucket lift. We had planned to enjoy the hot tub that afternoon, but the crew spent 2 1/2 hours working on the balcony. When we finally tried to enjoy the hot tub, we found the water tepid and the jets weak although we tried to adjust the temp and the power to the jets. I understand that AC is not a normal accommodation in Alaskan homes, but the lack of a screen door to allow the outside air to circulate into the living room was just not acceptable. It does get warm in the Alaskan summer with the extend daylight hours.

Great stay, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at the Ski and Mountain Retreat. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working (very low water level, foul smelling water and yellowish color). We planned to use this amenity after long hiking days and were unable to for our trip. Owner is aware. Other than that, everything was great!
