Beautiful Attu Island, nautical themed cabin.

First of all... We are a retired military family that is one of the longest running nightly rentals in this area! We try very hard to make sure you have a great stay, and I feel our 4.9+ Star rating shows that! We have 7 different cabins with One Queen, One King, or Two Queen beds. All have Full kitchens, Huge showers, everything you need! We hope you give us a look!
Now for the Attu Island Cabin….
The beautiful Attu Island cabin sits among 100 foot Spruce trees with bears, eagles and salmon close by!
Inside you will find a nautical theme, with vaulted ceilings painted deep blue, and beautiful wood laminate floors. In the back you will find a crafty ladder leading up to a queen size memory foam mattress in the loft bedroom, which is above the main bedroom. The loft bedroom has small nightstands, a table lamp, and USB ports to recharge your electronics after a long day of sightseeing.
The main bedroom below also has a queen size memory foam mattress with nightstands, a table lamp and USB ports. The living room has a gorgeous brand new comfortable couch, a Wi-Fi TV, ready for your Hulu, Amazon, or sling logins. There is a brand new heater, and a closet with plenty of hanging storage space, as well as extra chairs, and a fan to keep you cool on those warm summer days. The kitchen and bath are toward the front.
The kitchen sports a stainless-steel microwave, a gas stove and oven, beautiful off white cabinets, with dark countertops, complete with coffee pot, Coffee, toaster, pots and pans, and all utensils needed for cooking delicious meals.
The bathroom showcases a gorgeous 4 foot wide shower complete with two seats, a bathroom vanity, dual flush toilet, hot water on demand for wonderfully hot showers, towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner and even toothpaste and toothbrushes!
Outside, you will find a common area with a fire pit, picnic table, horseshoes that are shared with the Bristol Bay, Sitka, Denali and Kodiak cabins.
There is a great Trex deck for the front porch, complete with a cute Otter bench, and your parking area is close.
We have truly tried to think of everything so that you can simply show up with your clothes and food and have a wonderful weekend away, or maybe even a week exploring Seward!

* Undisclosed Person will result in $100 fee.
* No using the sofa as another sleeping area without approval.
* Parking for one vehicle. No trailers or extra vehicles without prior approval.
* No fish cleaning on the property or in the cabins, no bikes, kayaks, fish cooked, etc in the cabins.
* Do Not let small children or any pets in the loft, or under the cabin. Only those comfortable and able to climb the ladder should do so.
* We don't allow more than 4 people without prior approval.
* One Pet Only on approval, and there will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee required. $200 fee for pets that were not disclosed. All pets have to be in leash outside, may not bark or be a nuisance, and can not be left alone if they are destructive or bark or howl.

**As a note, please watch your choices of damage deposits when booking. HomeAway offers one option that will charge a 1 time fee of $59, OR you can select No Fee, but it will charge and hold $1500 on your credit card. Please contact me if you need any help with this prior to booking.
