“The host was communicative, and the home was clean upon arrival. Everything was well‑organized and exactly as described. My only suggestion for future guests would be to bring a softer pillow, as the ones provided are quite firm. Overall, it was a great stay!”

When we were there, it was quite cold by Florida standards, but the home is only about a half mile walk to many restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped but there are so many great restaurants to choose from we went out every night for dinner. “This was a convenient location near the Raleigh fairgrounds and art museum.The condo, and development are an older location. The unit itself is in good condition, but there were some things that were in need of fixing. I suggest fixing the bathroom fan and improving the upstairs shower. Also, it may help to have the ventillation ducts cleaned”

“It wasnt the worst. did I consider losing the money I paid for the night and go get a hotel room somewhere else? yes. we ended up staying because it was very close to the concert venue. Very Very small. Mattress still had original plastic bag it was delivered in on it. HARD mattress. like sleeping on a rock that's been put in a plastic bag. not the best area. we only needed the place to sleep and it was not worth what we paid for a very crappy night of sleep on an incredibly uncomfortable bed.”
