“From booking the stay to leaving this wonderful home everything was a breeze! The neighborhood is very quiet; there are lots of deer and squirrels! When we were there, it was quite cold by Florida standards, but the home is only about a half mile walk to many restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped but there are so many great restaurants to choose from we went out every night for dinner. The bed was super comfortable and while it was just the two of us a family or two other couples could also...

“This VRBO is one of my favorites. Very quiet, clean, King bed was very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. We loved staying in a Tobacco Barn (Baccer barn). My husband is from Newton Grove and it brought back memories from his childhood. Well done!”

“This was such a wonderful home, I would love to book it again! The house itself is clean and inviting, with lots of space for two people. The host was amazing to work with and quick to communicate. The location itself is quite literally steps away from downtown Apex which has so many shops that accommodate to just about any interest. Also, we have an electric vehicle and a level 2 charger was just in front of us at the town hall parking lot. Worked out well for us! We will be back! :)”

“The location is great if you are going to the Lenovo center, the fairgrounds and downtown. The backyard was fenced in with ample room for the dog to use. One of the beds had no box springs and a super cushiony mattress so it had no support and you could not roll over in it without it making a lot of noise. The house is in need of new painting, repairs (the bathtubs stop drain did not work, missing hand cloth rack…). The house rules were a bit ridiculous filled possible fines.”

“We traveled to Raleigh for my son's NCSU orientation. The communication with Midge the owner was easy and we were able to reach her both through the VRBO platform and via text. The neighborhood was cute - all the homes were similar in size and when we walked around the block in the evening several neighbors said hello and the one directly next door offered my dad a chair for sitting outside. The home had ample mugs & cups and the living room was spacious enough for four to sit comfortably. We...

“Cute, quaint house located a few minutes to downtown with new washer and dryer. Better than the pictures and what any hotel can provide. Fenced in yard perfect for our two dogs to run around after 5 days driving cross country. Beds super comfy and house super clean. We were concerned about the neighborhood, but seemed safe and quiet. Will definitely stay again.”
