This stunning double storey beach house has all the elements of the Ultimate Coastal Haven. Amazing orientation to the north captures beautiful sunshine, with the elevation showcasing the quintessential Australian Bush and National parks surrounding the property. This luxurious holiday house is completed by the feature in ground Pool, making this property the perfect getaway for families or groups of friends who want to experience beach life in style.

As soon as you step into this spacious and beautifully designed home, you will be impressed by the high-end interior finishes and magnificent landscape which is visible from almost every room. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light to fill the house and create a bright and airy atmosphere.

The vast entrance with polished concrete floors on the middle level leads through to the living area with high ceiling and perfect for entertaining. This open plan space flows into the fully equipped gourmet kitchen & butler’s pantry, dining area and out onto a large deck through gorgeous bi-fold doors creating indoor / outdoor living, great for dining and cooking on the BBQ.

There is a second living room on the lower level with a conveniently positioned powder room hidden under the stairs, a fully functional kitchenette complete with stainless steel fridge, this living zone could easily accommodate extra guests if required. This space is well equipped for use for being pool side and leads outside to an undercover alfresco area with outdoor furniture. The paved area is the wonderful place to sit back in a wind protected pocket allowing you to relax and enjoy being pool side, whilst embracing the warmth of the all-day sun aspect. There is an outdoor hot and cold shower for rinsing post beach or pre- pool dipping.

There are 4 generously proportioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making this beach house wonderful for sharing, with everyone having private spaces. The house has very much a mini hotel feel with the appointment of amenities throughout. The 4th bedroom & bathroom is externally located and self-contained Cabana room that guests can use as privately as an indepenant room which is a accessed from the property.

The upper level of the house hosts two spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms and walk in robes. The entry level has a bedroom with bathroom/ ensuite. The bedrooms all feature comfortable beds and high-quality linen, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

The private pool is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden and offers a peaceful and secluded space to cool off and relax after a day at the beach. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and a shaded area for those who prefer to stay out of the sun.

A huge parcel of land with 2 street frontages and Located in a prime position. There are multiple beach options all just a short walk or drive away. You can easily walk to the end of Odonohue road to access Point Roadknight back beach or travel a different route to reach Anglesea Main Beach.

Also positioned close to Anglesea golf course and River which are just a short walk away plus a range of local amenities, including restaurants, cafes, surf club and shops. Whether you want to spend your days soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring the local area, this luxurious holiday house offers the perfect base for your next beachside holiday.

Outstanding

Beautiful property with spacious bedrooms and two big living areas. Superbly appointed for a great stay. The solar heated pool was a smash hit with the kids.
