Happy Haven- close to beach and Mickey Rats-recently bought

Hi, we are renting our four bedroom and 2 bath home. We are located across from the beach, Mickey Rats, Turtle Joe's, Connors Hot Dog Stand, and the Town Park. Everything is in walking distance, just minutes away. The house is located on Iroquois Street right behind the Evans Town Park. All you have to do to get to the beach and fun is walk into the park and the park goes right onto the beach. There is even an underground tunnel beneath the road so you don't have to cross the road.

We recently just bought the home and are fixing some things, painting , etc. I apologize that I do not have a ton of pictures as we are currently in the middle of fixing the house up and furnishing it. We will be buying all new furniture to furnish the house. There will be a queen bed in three of the bedrooms and a king in the other .There will be 2 couches in the spacious living room. The cottage sleeps 8-10 people. Pillows, sheets, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided and are washed after every stay.The house is fully furnished and also includes a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, slow cooker, toaster, plates and bowls, glasses, cups, silverware, pots, and pans etc. There is a front deck with patio furniture and the backyard is huge which also includes a gas grill, patio furniture and a fire pit with chairs around it to sit and enjoy the beautiful nights.
