“The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!”

“This home is very spacious but cozy at the same time. The centralized kitchen served a family of 6 very comfortably, and the sleeping areas were great. Easy to find and a short drive to great places to eat and drink! We recommend Duff’s famous wings—they didn’t disappoint!”

“We came to town for a family reunion and we really enjoyed our stay. It is set up almost like a duplex, so my family was able to stay downstairs and my sister's family was able to stay upstairs. Very clean and LOTS of towels if you need them! Management was very attentive. Highly recommend!”

“We rented the entire house. The house is beautiful!! Very nicely decorated. It had plenty of room for all of our family and friends to stay. 3 balconies with tables, chairs, grills, 3 full baths and 7 bedrooms!! It was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Brita and Velma were responsive and very friendly. My daughter's graduation was three block away so we could walk and not worry about trying to find a place to park. Thank you ladies, for making our celebration so...

“We booked both upstairs and downstairs units for two families attending a swim meet. Beautiful home, gleaming hardwood floors, tastefully decorated. The furnace downstairs stopped working during our stay. Owner was super responsive. When he couldn't fix the furnace right away, he found a comparable home for us to relocate.”

“We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again.”

This house was PERFECT for our gathering. We had space interact without being on top of each other. Parking was difficult, but we made do. We did have and issue with the hot water, but Mr. Joaquin came over and rectified it immediately! He also got the chance to have a little cake with us. 😆”

“Had a nice time. Very quiet. The arrangement of the bathroom and bedrooms is very bizarre. I do not recommend bringing kids if you want privacy with your partner. No door on main bedroom and bathroom is inside the main bedroom. Accordion door for secondary bedroom.”
