“Overall it is fine, but it’s below my expectations.”

“Everything was amazing! Staff was courteous. Gave us free pastries and a drink for our two year anniversary. Everyone was very nice! Will surely be back and invite our entire family.”

“Highly recommend this hotel. It's simple and safe, room is very clean, bed is comfortable, and the hotel staff is helpful and care for guests' need which we really appreciate, thanks”

“We stayed for two nights and as said in the advertisement of the hotel could we expect daily cleaning. Coming back from business on day two we found the room not to be cleaned. We went down and asked why. Our story ended with the manager asking the police to eskort us out within 10 minutes . We left ,and went for another hotel in Ann Arbor. Still they keep charging me valet parking twice and the deposit which they use to have as a safe if something breaks down. ”

“Initally we were very happy with the stay, great clean room even though the tv didn't start. Fresh bathroom. We stayed 3 nights and the last night there was a birthday party and people were shouting and running in the corridor all night. At 11 pm I went to reception and the guy there said that there had been a party and he asked if we could change room (!). It was our last night and my son was already in bed, we had all our stuff out. Of course we do not want to change room. At 1 am it was still...

“The place was pretty rough - I woke up to a spider in my bed, bugs in the shower. The toilet kept randomly backing up and unflushing whatever was flushed earlier. Most of the room furniture was in bad condition. Just pretty rough.”

“Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns.”
