“The property was overall very good and adequate. Location was great. Each room had individual HVAC devices which was great since each of us could set temperature to our liking. Only negatives were that outside stair rail was a little loose and the floors were very creaky.”

“It is close to downtown for walking. Place is clean inside. Be aware during showering, the water intermittently turns cold and then back to warm, which is a bit uncomfortable.”

“Great location, but this is NOT three bedrooms, as the listing says. Also, parking is a major issue. If there is more than one car, there is not adequate parking. The house was stuffy and uncomfortable/warm.”

“Natalie was a wonderful host! The property was clean and lovely. The yard especially was cozy and enjoyable to relax in. The kitchen was fully stocked as was the bathroom. She thought of everything! She communicated well and answered any questions we had. The location was excellent to everything we were interested in doing in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. We had a great time!”

“We enjoyed our stay and the location. The driveway can accommodate at least two vehicles, and street parking was available also. Bathrooms, kitchen and floors were clean and host provided enough towels/linens for all guests. Bunk beds with slide are fun for kids. We used Meijer’s delivery service for groceries, which worked very well.”
