A great birthday getaway

The property and location were both fantastic. Staying on Anna Maria with easy access to shops and the beach is wonderful, but we honestly found ourselves spending more time in the pool and ordering food to the doorstep because the property is that pleasant. If I had to reach to find something to complain about, it would be that the pool only has a jetted spa and not a separate controlled/temperature hot tub, but that was honestly the least of our worries in the Florida summer :)

Cozy place in the heart of AMI

This property was excellent. Perfect location - two blocks to the beach and one block from Pine Ave shops and restaurants. The pool and outdoor area is insane! Garage was packed with all the beach accessories - umbrellas, chairs, toys, wagon, cooler, etc. Property Mgr was friendly and quick to address any concerns. Highly recommend for families of 4 or less!!

Annual Summer Vacation at AMI

This property was great in terms of location. It is about equal distance to go to the bayside or to the beach front. Easy walk but rented a golf cart to minimize the haul of beach items and beat the sun. The house was in good shape minus the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly (not cold enough) and the AC wasn't working all that well. I understand the Florida hot summer weather but my family and I also have stayed at other properties at AMI and didn't have that issues in prior years. The management company try to remedy the refrigerator and ended up working out for us but had to jump through some hoops. The house's pool was great and the outdoor furniture provided were in excellent condition. It was nice to sit in the pool under the shade of the umbrellas and it was a clean pool. The house was stocked with beach items like umbrellas and chairs. There was a cooler and buggy as well. It definitely fit the need of my family of 4.

Loved it

We loved this house- had everything we needed except for kids toys, so we bought some and left them in the garage. Close proximity to beach and pier, and the cooled/heated pool was amazing. Would def rent here again.

Cute house with wonderful pool for lounging

The house was well-located in a quiet area close to some neighborhood restaurants and stores, many within walking distance. North Anna Maria Island seems to be away from the madding crowd centers of gravity. The house was small but cute and well-equipped and comfortable. For a couple with a dog or maybe a family with two youth-age kids, it's perfect. The highlight of the property is a really neat small pool with all kinds of features for lounging. We loved it. North Anna Maria Island in May had a family vibe with quite a few children and multi-generational groups. Almost everybody is friendly.

Great location

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay at Beach n Bay! It had everything we needed for the beach and the pool was perfect. Having pool toys and beach toys, chairs, a cooler and a wagon was ideal for our family of four. The house was very clean and nicely decorated and so close to everything we love on Anna Maria Island. We’d love to stay here next time we visit!

Paradise

We had a perfect vacation! The pool was phenomenal. This home was very well stocked with everything you need and more. It was also perfectly located. It was close to beaches and shops. We wanted to book for next year but it was already booked. We hope to return!

Perfect Pool and Beach Vacation House!

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect. It has a TV in every room, including the screened patio. The shower was great. There’s also an outdoor shower in front that’s perfect for after the beach. The pool is fabulous, it’s beautifully lit at night and has great chairs in the pool for lounging with an umbrella for shade. The beds were super comfy. The house is decorated with so many “beachy” details, we felt like we were at the beach even while indoors. Located just blocks from the beach and walking distance to tons of great restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a perfect vacation.

Perfect oasis!

Very clean, stocked with everything you need, and then some....especially pool and beach toys. And the pool!! Honestly the best ever!! Kids and grandkids, came over everyday to play in it. House has many “whimsical” decorations that makes the place feel very beachy yet homey. Back porch very cozy. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We’ll be back.

The Beach N Bay was as advertised and more! This beach bungalow was perfect for our group of four. Nicely laid out and very inviting...and as an added bonus, the pool and patio was amazing! You can't ask for a better location, very walkable to beaches, restaurants and shopping...and with the heavy Anna Maria traffic, walking was the preferred mode of transportation. And did we mention the pool, perfect for lounging, swimming if you must and relaxing! Beach N Bay is a real gem and every bit of paradise found!

Amazing stay at Beach n Bay!

My fiance and I had a wonderful week at Beach n Bay this summer. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island, and we definitely plan to return next year. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay near the beach. The place is exactly as it appears online, if not better. The house is equipped with everything you will need for a beach getaway. And the pool is absolutely fantastic! We can't wait to return next year.
