Naut 2 Shabby Bungalow - A sweet and cozy getaway on Pine Avenue!

Cute as a bug bungalow on Anna Maria's lovely north end. A block from City Pier and Tampa Bay and only four blocks to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Anna Maria is noted for its relaxed way of life - the trolley runs the length of the island and many lovely restaurants, ice cream shops, fishing piers, and miles of sugar white beaches are within walking/biking distance. The bungalow offers a well-equipped kitchen, cottage-like furnishings, bead board walls, a queen sized bed in the master and a queen sleeper sofa nestled into a garden atmosphere with private patio. Beach gear, coolers, beach towels and grill are provided.

Fun fact...This highly sought-after property has an added bonus! There is a 3 bedroom/2bathroom Naut 2 Shabby Cottage at the front of the property. This allows for larger families/groups to have a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at the same location!

Such a lovely property. It's set back from the road, so it is quiet and private. It's just a block or two from great beach areas and general store, coffee shops, ice cream, etc. There were five separate rooms giving privacy and space for gathering with the addition of the outdoor area. the space was clean and had good modern appliances. The realtor was wonderful with excellent communications for the booking until our departure. They helped with all our needs, responsive and friendly. We ended up getting our own Kleenex, extra toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and more paper towels as their stock was a bit thin. Overall a wonderful experience.

This bungalow was wonderful! Exactly as listed. The home was very clean, cozy, close to everything on the island. Communication was very clear. During our stay we rented bikes from Beach Bums, enjoyed the beautiful beach, shopping, and good food. The check in process was very easy. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

It was a very cute bungalow and was decorated in a welcoming and cozy fashion. Also, it was very clean. However, I think the toilet seat (which is old and shows it) should be replaced. Keep in mind that I am very particular.The only real complaint would be how "fenced in" the property is. THe passageway is exceptionally narrow (fencing on both sides). We were OK but I could see some folks who would not have it so easy making their way back there. Overall, we loved the area and enjoyed our extended weekend there.

This little bungalow is on Pine Street, which is one of the last lateral streets on the top of AMI, there were shops, restaurants, and also shoes for sweets/candy/chocolate/ice cream. This property says back of the street and is secluded, and included a shed with washer/dryer and beach stuff. Note that the location

Bungalow is perfect size for a couple. Immaculately clean. Everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway (except a hairdryer) We chose the location because of the proximity to the pier. Unfortunately the pier was wiped out last year. So there is not a lot on this side of the island. Except the best restaurant on the entire island. Just 100 yards away. We had read about bicycles and there weren’t any, and as I mentioned I didn’t pack a hairdryer because one is listed as an amenity. Tough when you’re getting ready for dinner after a shower to realize there isn’t one. But as vacation rentals go- the little bungalow is adorable. And clean. And has all you will need. I did text/email with a few different questions and never got a reply, but we were able to fumble through. If you’re getting away for a few days- plan ahead and rent a golf cart. And some walking shoes! Beautiful beaches. Great food.

Perfect spot for long weekend getaway

The Naut 2 Shabby Bungalow is a great little house for a couple! The house is tucked behind the larger house on the property, but maintains total privacy. Easy walk to all the shops, the bay, and the beaches! We will definitely be staying here again soon!

Great place to stay!

Overall, the place was exactly as listed and in a great location. It was a straight walk to the gulf side of the island and a straight walk the pier on the ocean side of the island. There was a general store that we were able to get little things that we didn't pack. Plus, the store had water, food, and beverages for any other needs we had. There were several places close by that you could rent bikes or golf carts for the day. It was a great time and we will surely be back. :o)

an island that is definitely worth visiting

We enjoyed our stay. Location was fantastic. It’s in the northern end of the island which Is more residential and family friendly in our opinion this was our first time visiting Ana Maria and we don’t think it will be our last. The property was cute Charming with adequate amenities. Unfortunately, the cleanliness level left something to be desired. The floors were dusty and utensils were somewhat sticky. The premise felt like it was outdated. The place would’ve been much more comfortable if it was better cleaned. But overall, we enjoyed out stay.
