The living room opens to the screened balcony with outdoor dining which overlooks the pool area. There is plenty of seating and loungers in the covered areas under both the main house. Other features include an outdoor shower and gas grill.

There are 4 parking spaces designated for this property. The garage is not available to guests.

Optional pool heat up to 86 F and spa heat up to 100 F is available from November to April at $150/week. Optional spa heat only is available May-September for $75/week. Pools are serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance.
