Bear River Vineyards

  • Välkommen till Bear River Vineyards! I vår vingård finns ett välutrustat rum med alla bekvämligheter som behövs för en avkopplande upplevelse. Den har en queen size-säng, en vacker ensuite med uppvärmd golv och är utrustad med ett kompakt kylskåp och mikrovågsugn. Gratis WiFi och satellit-TV ingår också.
    Kommer komplett med en fantastisk utsikt över vingården och naturligtvis en gratis flaska vin. Vi är den enda vingården i Nova Scotia som erbjuder upplevelsen av att bo i vingården, inte bara på fastigheten, och vi inkluderar en privat rundtur och provsmakning med ditt besök.
    Gästerna är också välkomna att njuta av fastigheten på sin fritid. Bortom den 5 tunnland vingården vår egendom sträcker sig till floden, där vi har 400 fot vatten framför. Nästan lika pittoresk som utsikten över vingården!
    Öppnar säsongsmässigt från mitten av juni till mitten av september.

Amazing hideaway!

Our stay has been great. Nice location to use as a base to explore the area. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The winery tour was very interesting. Very knowledgeable tour guide who happens to be the co-owner!

A little gem worth getting to

Very welcoming hosts. Property is outstanding with the views of the vineyard. Just lovely. The room is very comfy and well appointed.The community of Bear River is also worth a visit. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Sat with my morning coffee listening to so many birds, overlooking the vineyard, then with my wine as the sun went down. Beautiful peaceful property. Suite was well-equipped with great locally roasted coffee, wine in the fridge, and comfy bed. Hostess were lovely and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful place to relax in peace and quiet! A fantastic view, Darren and Sue are excellent hosts and the wine is spectacular! Take them up on the offer for the tour, they are passionate about their vineyard and their wine. You can't beat a glass of wine under the Oak Tree in the center of the vineyard.

Such a great find!

The accommodation is wonderful (the best bed ever!). The winery is spectacular and the hosts couldn't be more hospitable. We stayed two nights and enjoyed every minute. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in an idyllic setting!

Tranquil setting

A lovely accommodation. Great views of the vineyard and surrounding hills make for a very relaxing getaway. The hosts were so welcoming…we enjoyed our tour of their vineyard. We would definitely return if we're ever in the area again.

A piece of serenity

Great hosts, peaceful and serene. Comfortable room and amenities. The owners make you feel so welcomed, personal tour and tasting. The vineyard and valley create the perfect backdrop to relax and unwind. Have stated here twice, and will be back again

Tranquility

A beautiful perch on the too of a steep valley with stunning views of the vineyard cascading down the valley slope. So lovely to sit out witnessing the sunset and hearing silence intermingled with bird calls. The room was spacious, well appointed and beautiful oak details. The bathroom was delightfully spacious! The old barn/winerey set up was tastefully designed. A lovely stay in Bear River!

The property was beautiful with amazing sunsets. The owners were a delight!! Very friendly, & hospitable. Our room had everything we needed. They made our stay very comfortable and their wine is refreshing and very tasty. We'll be back for sure.

Beautiful room with a view

We totally enjoyed our two night stay! The room was tastefully decorated, clean and well equipped. The view of the grape orchard is spectacular and there are beautiful chairs to sit and enjoy the view. We didn’t get a chance to experience a wine tasting due to our schedule but we will most definitely be back. Very enjoyable stay!

Warm, responsive hosts. Comfy bed, great water preasure in the shower, and chilled wine waiting in the fridge. Adirondack chairs beneath the oaks was a wonderful, magical spot.
