"The good: It was easy to check in and the location is good. The price was also competitive.
The bad: The room was small, but smaller than expected. The AC seemed to turn of during night so the room got hot from time to time. The three elevators couldnât handle the amount of guests so you had to wait a lot. There was a strange and loud sound coming from the ventilation at some intervals. We lacked soap in the bathroom so had to use the one from the shower. We got one later on. Sometimes there was a smell from the drainage too.
Not what we expected from a â4â star hotel. We will not be coming back to Lotte."
