“Everything was perfect until I laid down on the mattress. I had to try to fall asleep between the 2 permanent indented marks because the mattress was way over used. Buy new mattresses for future use in room 406.”

“Came for one night to attend the wedding in the area. The room was nice and clean. The hotel was in a beautiful spot. UPSET There was no TV/cable the entire time we were there, and no one mentioned it at the desk. Because we went through Expedia, they were unable to give any type of inconvenience credit. This is the second occasion that we learned A third party was definitely NOT a benefit when something came up with the hotel.”

“Decent hot tub. Needs new thermostat. Nice spacious 2 bdr suite. No door on closet in one of the bedrooms. Black mold in shower. Friendly breakfast staff. Breakfast area kept very clean. Folks without handicapped placards were parked in those spaces. On our last night, was told no housekeeping services were available?! Really, all the housekeeping staff called off?!! We had to ask front desk for clean towels and wash cloths.”

“Very bad air quality. The hotel has rooms next to a busy freeway only few feet away from the windows on the second floor. The AC can’t be shut off so it spews exhaust fumes and noice all night. It was fully booked so no other rooms were available. The air in the room is basically toxic. Also when asking for a late checkout even when being a Marriot Bonvoy member it was refused although they gave it away to higher ranking members before me. What’s the point of even being a member?
