“We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, with user-friendly amenities. Breakfast was good, though adding more vegetarian choices such as steamed broccoli or other steamed vegetables would be a nice improvement. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, an excellent experience!”

“I was traveling witha baby they said they'd save a crib. They didn't. That's typical but then I asked for pillows they refused. Anything I asked for after that they refused. Horrible customer service. Breakfast you have to pay for. And the on site bar if they were open would have helped but it wasn't open.worst hotel experience I've had in a while”

“large room, comfortable bed.”

“Holiday Inn Express är ganska behändiga hotell nära motorvägen (men inte påtagligt stört av den) - inte lyxigt, men bra i sin prisklass. Hotellet i Lancaster var inget undantag. Det enda som inte var bra var att jag först fick ett rum som inte var städat efter föregående gäster, men jag fick prompt ett annat rum och en ursäkt. “The staff was very patient and helpful. As a disabled senior this was very important to me. I look forward to staying there in the future.”

“Easy access to freeway great breakfast down side only two tickets per day we were a group of four.”

“Very bad air quality. The hotel has rooms next to a busy freeway only few feet away from the windows on the second floor. The AC can’t be shut off so it spews exhaust fumes and noice all night. It was fully booked so no other rooms were available. The air in the room is basically toxic. Also when asking for a late checkout even when being a Marriot Bonvoy member it was refused although they gave it away to higher ranking members before me. What’s the point of even being a member? Also a can of...

“There was a terrible smell in the lobby. The walls were so thin I could hear every word of my neighbors all day and EARLY in the morning. The ice machine was broken and the hallway smelled like mildew. Never again!”

“My stay was great! very clean room and friendly staff. The only flaw with this property is parking. Not enough parking for everyone. I ended up parking at a lot adjacent to the property and walking over.”
