“The staff were cold, rude, and ignored my hellos or good mornings. The food was not very good anywhere except the steakhouse and carribbean restaurant. The app doesn’t work for booking reservations and because of that we couldn’t eat at a restaurant the first two nights. “Person meeting us in reception was very nice and welcoming. Check in process was fast. No elevator if your room is on 2nd floor. It is very close to airport. Room was clean and nice and also had coffe in the room. However, Im not sure the bedding was changed from previous gest. ”
