“very unorganized at check in. did not have available the room that was originally booked. gave us grief at check out for having a 3rd person, although room was booked as a quad family room from the start and notified them at check in, while we were standing at desk that we had 3 adults not 2. requested room to be cleaned on day 2 and no one came to clean. budget hotel, with unknowledgable staff, different rules daily with different staff. wouldn't stay again. ”

“We had a wonderful weekend at the Moxy in Belfast City Centre. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The room was great. The hotel is very central. We came for the marathon, as did a number of guests, and they were very helpful (and sympathetic) to all participants. We will stay here again.”

“It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized.”
