âWe arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful.
The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV.

âReally nice stay near my old hometown. A peaceful Cheshire country area, very quiet and easy to get to. Parking onsite, safe and secure.
Food is great, staff helpful and friendly and comfy surroundings. Good range of breakfast options included.
Our room was fairly small but there are options, if there had been other facilities like a spa or sauna it would be 5 stars for facilities. Also, much better room coffee would be great but you see that a lot outside of cities, most people donât care...
âWe stayed for four nights for a birthday/football trip and had a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay agreeable and we were greeted with a card in our room. Housekeeping staff were accommodating and gave us extra water. Nice breakfast with hot and cold choices. The location is very good, close to shops, pubs and Exchange Square Tram Stop. â

âThis cosy Bed & Breakfast hotel has friendly & helpful staff and feel-home rooms. Hotel is nicely located in the outskirts of Mounton Road. If you want to go to the city centre a taxi to Eccles is your choice and then the tram into Manchester city centre. Pub and food places are a 10-15 minutes walk down the road from the hotel to Mounton Road. Generous parking on the premises that can be insufficient for the guests, however street parking is available nearby as well. Will definitely return here...
âVery well appointed hotel in a lovely setting. Great value. Took a junior suite and the room was huge and well appointed. Good food options. Great value, great for overnight stop off travelling south. Would definitely visit again. â

"I stayed at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had excellent soundproofing â despite being directly at the airport, I couldnât hear a single plane, which made the stay calm and relaxing.
However, there were a few issues that brought the impression down. The AC control panel was so worn that some buttons were completely missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature without improvising with a needle from the sewing kit provided in the room. One of the floor lamps had the wrong type of low-energy bulb installed, which flickered heavily when turned on, so we ended up having to unscrew it. On top of that, there were hairs on one of the shower towels, which is something that simply should not happen at a hotel of this standard.
In summary, the hotel delivered on the essentials â great service, comfort, and impressive soundproofing â but the maintenance and housekeeping details definitely need more attention to truly match the Radisson brand expectations."
