“I loved staying at this property. Received a very warm welcome by both hosts and always very attentive service by Frederik for anything you needed. A great place to relax in a nice quiet friendly village in the mountains, 2km outside Taghazout. You can easily walk down and catch a community shared taxi back up for 5 DH. The only small thing was the Wifi did not work for me in the room but did elsewhere. Not sure if it was my phone as it worked fine in two cafes the next day. Hope to visit...

“Beautiful place with good service. We stayed in the Safi suite which was wonderful. Their hammam is lovely! There area around the hotel is not very fun though. We had our own car and could easily get around.”

“Just be aware that this is a shared property. Your booking is just for a room. The owner lives in the house, even though this isn't specified in the listing. This may be suitable for some travellers but it is something to be aware of. He was also gentle and understanding when we pointed that out. Anyway, we had to leave upon arrival because we were not comfortable sharing the accommodation with the proprietor. We contacted Expedia for refunds but we didn't get any refund.”

“We had a group of 8 women staying here and the place itself is lovely. The pool is amazing and we enjoyed having the house manager make us breakfast and coffee everyday and a few tagine dinners as well! They were amazing. The Villa is really in the middle of nowhere which can be good and bad. There was nowhere to get any snacks besides a few ice cream bars so a grocery stop on the way to the villa would help. “The house itself is lovely although a bit away from the town - a car is essential to get around. Communication is difficult as Fatima speaks no English and a little French. She also spends several hours a day at the property which limits personal space a little. A guide to local restaurants and facilities in English would also be helpful for future residents. Overall we enjoyed our stay but things could be improved.”
