“Location is nice and has a lovely walking trail close by, both panera and bww within walking distance. We got a huge room with a kitchen and a nice comfortable bed. Staff at check in was very friendly and had a lot of great tips for our trip. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, would have preferred more healthy options like fruit, granola and yoghurt. ”

“We were there for the mayo for 5 days. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. It was like a mini apartment with a full size fridge, kitchenette with all the utensils, couch, and desk We had no issues with any equipment. no ovens if you are thinking pizzas. The bath and shower was roomy. 4 grocery stores close by for meal and snack planning. 3 restraunts within walking. I would stay again and recommend to others.”

“Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets”

Breakfast was typical, offering basic protein and carbohydrate choices. I met several other individuals connected with Mayo’s exemplary health care delivery system. “The building was clean and kept up well. I really enjoyed the location and having a shuttle to the hospital. The only downfall I saw was the amount you pay per night to park, $20, seems a little steep and there was not enough parking with the construction and painting blocking off spots.”

“We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.”

“The hotel is incredibly clean but badly in need of updating, especially for the price. My bed was not at all comfortable, which is very confounding and disappointing as they have to know most guests are Mayo patients and need good rest more than most. Will not be returning; the Hyatt is only slightly more expensive and MUCH nicer”

“The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting.
