“The property is as described. The space is not very big, but it is cozy! We had 2 teenagers and my husband and I. We had space to cook, sleep, and play board games. We set out crab traps and had a crab boil at the end of the weekend. The dock is very nice! There are lots of items for you to use at the dock (crab traps, kayaks, etc) and items for the beach. “Great relaxing getaway for my husband and 2 kiddos. Easy access to the beach and pool was perfect for what we wanted. Beach bum cottage had everything we needed, clean, and great location. We rented a golf cart from the property manager, and that was a fun added bonus to our stay on the island. We will be back!”

“Cutest beach cottage! Seriously, the rustic decor, cottage feel, large comfy couch, beds were great, fenced in yard for the doodles, and a good AC this time of year. :) we truly enjoyed our weekend there. Location was perfect for the downtown area and boat ramp for scalloping. My daughter loved the outdoor shower, sitting on the covered screen porch in the evening was relaxing, and the updated kitchen was nice. We have already said that we plan to stay here next scallop trip also. Thank you!”
