“The appartment is well situated between Reggio nell Emilia, Modena and Bologna and not far from the lovely hills of the Appenin Mountains hence offering lots of opportunities for biking and hiking. It has a large terrace which invites for having breakfeast in the morning and dinner in the evening. For this we would have liked the kitchen to be better equipped. We would have also enjoyed contacts with the farmer.In summary, we liked this place.”

“As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. “The apartment is very nice and conveniently located near the Saint Francis Chapel. If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. Driving is Assisi is very difficult and almost no parking near the apartment.”

“We loved the Balcony apartment! Starting from the warm welcome by Antonia, the owner we felt like we were hosted by friends. The apartment location was fantastic, close to everything in the historic centre. We were pretty impressed by the efficiency of air conditioning. It kept us cool in the warm weather. “The house was exactly as described and just what we wanted. We were four families with altogether 9 children and it never felt crowded. The outdoor seating area is amazing and we enjoyed all dinners there. The pool is perfect and since it's a salt water one, you can stay all day getting that chlorine feeling afterwords. "Fantastisk coolt hotel. Bekvämt i rummet. Lite lyhört utifrån, Men är man tillräckligt trött så somnar man! Städad o bra, trevligt med poolen där det blir en samling för alla människor o restaurangerna runt om "
