“This was by far the worst stay I have had in my life. Upon arrival we found our room was not cleaned properly for a while, surfaces were either dusty or dirty with stains. The toilet was clearly not cleaned as we could tell from the leftovers in it. The whole room smelt moldy. Hair were on the bed and in the drawers. Corners were full of dead flies and dust. “This cottage is as described - a perfect getaway for a couple or young family with a dog.It seems well equipped for a wheel- chair as there is an entry ramp and doors are wide. Bathroom is large with easy shower access, which is what our friend usually finds difficult in holiday rentals. We didn't need this ourselves, so we are not qualified to assess properly.The place is easy to find up a fairly steep hill surrounded by tall eucalypts and wonderful bird song.There is a balcony with sea views...

“An absolute gem. One of those rare places that is designed and maintained with genuine care and highest standards. Expansive views of the unspoiled countryside with the ocean sparkling in the distance. The roomy soaking tub and wood-burning stove were soul-filling after being out for walks in the cool June weather. Mark and his dogs led us to see a koala nestled in one of their majestic trees. Gorgeous grounds and friendliest hosts we've encountered on our travels. We will be back.”
