“This is a small out of the way older property . Nothing fancy . Not so much a family fun spot and away from the crowds. It's not 5 star but it's comfortable. I have stayed here about 12 times when i go to Orlando. I return twice a year to clean my family cemetery plots not for the attractions. The husband and wife staff are very friendly. I have never seen any bugs in the rooms . And I always feel safe. A nice quiet place, inexpensive, away from the crowds, nothing fancy.”

“This place was kind of on the dingy side I mean it was fine it was clean but the maintenance on things like having a drafty hole in the front door on the bottom the shower curtain rod was hanging off and my husband bumped his head on it it was okay we needed to stay there for 8 hours and sleep it was okay.”

“The only negative thing or experience I had was that the room had no microwave or refrigerator and I was lodging on this property for 2weeks with my elderly (87 years old) father and that would have made a huge difference being that we had to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside ( restaurants which can become very expensive for 2 motel guests. If we would have had a microwave and refrigerator our meals would have been a healthier choice and least expensive. Because we could have grocery shop...

“First of all. I made my reservation on line and expressed in two areas I needed a handicapped room. Get to the hotel no handicapped rm. Was give a reg room. No phone, no remote for tv, key gave trouble, didnt have ext blanket.. Trash all over the place. Only area clean was the pool. Not my first time there, but my last. 😡”

“Room was still dirty. Blankets are grey looking from being so old and worn out. Pool was closed down however there was no notification of it. People always rent places for the pool when u get there and u can’t use it, that defeats the damn purpose! The front staff was not very nice. The breakfast was water, coffee or milk with cereal, bagels or muffins! NO JUICE!!! What kind of continental breakfast has no types of breakfast juice! Was horrible will never book this place again!”

“I checked in here on May 28th, 2025 at 3:00 pm but ended up checking out at 12:00 am the same day due to multiple issues. My first room on the 1st floor was not clean. There was visible dust all over the floor and the cabinets were broken. I asked to change rooms. They moved me to the 4th floor. It was slightly better but still not clean. “Bathroom floor tiles were dirty and grout looks it was never clean. Dirt on corners around the bathroom. Sofa bed looks dirty. AC was loud and air coming out at initial start was smelly.”
