“Yes, location was pretty friendly; however the overall cleanliness of the hotel was no good to say the least. The carpet was stained and dirty throughout the forest and second floor. The bathtub in our room 225 was peeling and stained, the remote control had no batteries in them. ”

“The A/C did not blow very hard took a long time to cool the room off. The foot was water damaged in several places. The pool sign said hours were 9 am to 10 pm the staff closed the pool at 8:50pm. ”

“King room only two standard pillows. No blanket or comforter. Just very old.”

“The room was ok, not different from the pictures. No iron in the room. Just a mini fridge and a microwave. The towels look dirty, even when asked to replace them, they had dirty spots. The furniture is not clean, spots on the fabric chair. It is a motel, with entrance to the room from the parking lot. The price of the room per night is high for this type of amenity.”

“Dirty, room smelled like smoke… No blanket only a sheet on the bed was terrified to lie on the bed. People were hanging around outside in the middle of the night, like they were selling drugs and blaring music all night. There was no juices for breakfast, the machine said they had fruit juice and orange juice. It was all water, only mini muffins and a mini waffle machine. I wasn’t eating the food or making a waffle there! The place looked like it was under construction. It was filthy inside and...

“Property is not maintain room is very dirty and the shower is leaking water the whole duration of our stay and walls and doors needs repair no lock on the bathroom door main door is not opening properly.”

“The moment you entered the hotel I was greeted by a nice gentle man who made the check in process super quick n easy! Once we got to the room, you could smell the cleanliness. The staff was really helpful. I will definitely stay here again in my future trips to FL”

“I initially gave a horrible review, the TV was not working the first day/night. Had to wait til day two since they had to order a new TV and were not allowing us to move to another room due to already being there an hour. That was still upsetting. No trash cans in rooms. We saw 2 roaches during our stay, ewww. But the manager was kind enough at check out and comped us the first day/night. Which was greatly appreciated. Other than that you get what you pay for. It worked for a short stay.”
