“Lovely property. Great suite. A few nice people, but generally not great hospitality.
Service was not great (except for a couple of people). Generally ran by ‘rules’ and not very flexible in helping people with any special requests. We all got the sense staff were not empowered to make decisions to do the right thing for the guest.
With a large group, service was excruciatingly slow. Food not great. Everything rich and ‘over decorated ’. Have been to many fine restaurants - this was trying...
