“We were not expecting to have to pay an additional $60-$70 per person per day to use the amenities like the water slides and game place. That was the whole reason we booked there, and that should have been better disclosed that it was an additional charge. Staff were great, but our unit did not have hot water. Maintenance was super nice and apologetic though and we weren’t there long enough for it to really matter. Will be back since it was great fun! But the additional cost will be a huge...

“The only problem that we had was the first unit they sent us to was not ready. The bed wasn’t made, the patio to the balcony was open, and there were spiders in the jacuzzi tub. But when staff was notified they rectified the problem. Other than that minor minor and yes I meant to say it twice because it wasn’t horrible. But other than that we had a marvelous time. We will be coming back. It will be me and my woman’s getaway spot. Thanks again!!!!!”
