Medel is a spacious and bright apartment located in Appiano Gentile, a green municipality about 15 km from Como, perfect for those who want to relax in a peaceful oasis away from the city chaos. It is situated on the first floor with a courtyard and internal communal garden.

Medel is structured as follows: a large living room with beautiful original parquet flooring, a big and comfortable sofa, TV, and free Wi-Fi, separate kitchen with all necessary appliances, 1 double bedroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has heating, and does not have air conditioning.

EXTRAS

Upon request, the apartment accepts pets for an additional cost. Additionally, baby cots are available for an extra fee, and extra cleaning services and bed linen change are available for an additional charge.

Please note that the apartment has private parking in a garage.
