It doesn't get any better than being directly on the sand with full views of the ocean from nearly every room. This rare location delivers a different kind of grounding energy, along with the sounds and smells that only an ocean front property can deliver.

The exquisite 3 bed, 2 bath home is perfectly remodeled with many modern conveniences. It has a beautiful open and airy floor plan with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, radiant heat flooring, free Wi-Fi, and big screen digital TV's in the living room and master bedroom.

Located in the middle of "Rio Del Mar Island", you are greeted by the brand new open kitchen connected to the dining area and living room that walks right on to the slate patio, literally 10 feet from the sand. The wonderful patio is where you will find yourself mesmerized by the beauty of the ocean and imminent sunsets. Sit and relax while you watch the waves splash in front of your eyes, on many occasions you will see dolphins, whales, birds, seals and other marine mammals.

This well designed floor plan has custom built-in extra long twin bunk beds in the first floor bedroom with adjacent full bathroom. Walk up the staircase to the second level where you will find two large bedrooms and one full bathroom. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and offers full ocean views with a 5 x 20 ft sun deck. The second upstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed and full double closets. The second floor is also appointed with a washer and dryer.

You find yourself 10 seconds from the sand, a 3 minute walk to restaurants, convenience store, coffee, and the famed Pixie's Deli. Stroll on down the sand to Seacliff Beach 5 minutes north and the famous "Parallels" surf spot 5 minutes walk south.

  • Nice, long hike today. Went down the Bridge Creek Trail, and then to Maple Falls. About an 8-mile total hike. Redwoods everywhere you look, and a deep dark forest that gave lots of 'mood'. We came across a tiny snake! It was just a few inches long, red back, sunning itself on a rock in the middle of the creek.

very comfortable and well stocked beach house. loved walking out the large sliding doors directly to the beach. the house didn’t have an iron and the owners brought one to us thanks! street parking can be a pain and the home could use a deep cleaning (very dirty window screens and dust behind tvs).

Great location!

This is a very comfortable property. Right in the middle of the island and on the beach. Master bedroom and bed was amazing. Second bedroom upstairs was a nice size and comfortable. Downstairs bedroom is very small just enough room for twin bunkbeds. Kitchen and living room were spacious and provided easy flow. The kitchen seem to be lacking some cooking essentials, though… All in all it was a great house to stay in for a week long beach vacation!!

The place was not very clean, there were no kitchen towels, 1 dishwasher pod and the pots& pans are limited and only large skillet is old and grundgy The kitchen sink water does NOT get hot or even warm. Carpets need to be cleaned; chairs on upstairs balcony were filthy- unusable The kitchen table set up is not functional/uncomfortable for even 4 adults Patio table was not cleaned. Lights are hard to figure out We left the washed dishes and silverware better organized and cleaner when we left. Also the couch is leaking feathers, pillows looked like they needed to be washed Unfortunately we thought this place was advertised as a better place than we’ve stayed before 2 doors down, but were very disappointed.

Right on the beach!!!

I loved this property and even got to speak to the owner at one point. Very sweet owners! They had a new property manager and there were a couple of glitches with communication, but overall an amazing place to stay!

Clean, comfortable stay!

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean and comfortable. The perfect place for our family to spend a weekend at the beach. The owner was responsive and friendly and the house was perfect. Our kids are going to be so disappointed not to sleep to the sounds of the waves when we get home.

Comfortable stay

We had a very comfortable stay here. The communication with Denise and Danielle was prompt and thorough. The beach is literally steps from the back door and was great for playing beach games and throwing a ball around. The beds and furniture are all very comfortable. We were able to watch Xfinity TV and sign into apps on the TVs. My only criticism is the bathrooms didn't have a hook for a robe or a place in the shower to put soap, but we made it work, not a deal breaker. We loved our stay!

Rio Del Mar Beauty

We loved your home. It was just what a beach house getaway should be. The floors that heat were the biggest blessing. The bedrooms were roomy, the only comment would be that the bunk beds are for kids only as the beds were a little hard, BUT your couch made a perfect place. Your pigeon neighbor is named Priscilla as we found out she has eggs. Pedro her partner monitors here. Thank you so much for the opportunity to share.

Best beach house ever!

This is our second year in a row staying at this home, we have tried a few others in previous year in the same area and this house is seriously THE BEST!!! Perfect Getaway

Beach front views ( amazing) & easy access to the beach. All the accommodations you would need. Property manager Denise was very easy to work with as she responded when we had a issue with the TV's. Had the best family vacation getaway! Only bummer was No Pets we would of loved to have our fur baby with us to enjoy as there are so many dogs on the beach! Thanks again the home is awesome place to stay !

Great beachfront getaway with amazing ocean views

Perfect beach location & amazing ocean views. Easy walk to cafe & market too. The home is clean, comfy & furnished well. Bunk room is very tiny & we were surprised the walking path was right at the edge of our patio but perfect in every other way. With great hosts & peaceful stay we would book again .
