Detta är absolut ett av de bästa husen för den perfekta familjen Getaway!

Beläget i Rio Del Mar lägenheter, är detta nyligen renoverade Beach House bokstavligen en 5 minuters platt promenad till stranden.

De kök, badrum, och sovrum har alla nyligen renoverats (se bilder). Det finns trägolv i hela huset. Den övre våningen har en kung säng med en TV monterad på väggen. Det finns 2 sovrum nere som inkluderar en queen bed & 2 Full sängar. Det finns 2 badrum och en halv bad.

Vardagsrummet innehåller en 60 "platt-TV monterad över eldstaden med kabel, inklusive en DVR och HBO. Höghastighets internet finns också tillgängligt i hela huset. Varje rum har sin egen TV.

I garaget finns en reglering poolbord med en 50 "TV för att hålla alla underhållna. Det finns också solstolar, parasoller, en vagn och en majs hål spel.

Taket övre däck har panoramautsikt över Rio Del Mar område tillsammans med en topp på havet.

Gästerna kommer att älska platsen för detta hem - Cafe Rio är bara nedför gatan tillsammans med den berömda Pixies Deli. Gå längs stranden mot cementbåten och gästerna kan våga upp utomhustrapporna till statens parkeringsplats bara några kvarter från Manuals (en utmärkt mexikansk matrestaurang med exceptionella margaritas).

Aptos BBQ är bara upp på gatan från huset och har en fenomenal urval av lokala öl med top notch kött och sallader (du kanske till och med kunna fånga en lokal blues band på en söndag kväll). Dessutom finns det en stor vin bar tvärs över gatan från Aptos BBQ.

Det nyöppnade Hideout restaurang är en behandling och är bara lite längre ner på Soquel väg.

Om du vill ge sig ut lite mer, är Capitola bara ett par miles upp vägen och har utmärkt modebutiker och flera restauranger längs stranden. Dessutom är Santa Cruz en mycket kort enhet och har underhållning för alla (åkattraktioner, spel, surfing, cykling, vandring, fiske, paddling, dykning, etc).

Monterey Bay med den berömda akvariet och Cannery Row är bara 40 minuter söder. Om du är redo för en vacker enhet, ta norrut 90 minuter på den pittoreska motorvägen 1 och besök San Francisco.

  • Nice, long hike today. Went down the Bridge Creek Trail, and then to Maple Falls. About an 8-mile total hike. Redwoods everywhere you look, and a deep dark forest that gave lots of 'mood'. We came across a tiny snake! It was just a few inches long, red back, sunning itself on a rock in the middle of the creek.

Family vacation

This is a wonderful house! We had a great stay with everything we needed. The house is well stocked. The garage has everything you need for the beach, wagons, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the kids. Along with the pool table and a corn hole game for the backyard. Just a short walk to beach. The crows nest on the roof was icing on the cake. The upstairs got a little warm in the afternoon on our 85degree day, but there was plenty of fans to cool down. The downstairs bedrooms do hear noise from people walking upstairs. But the tri levels allow alot of privacy. I still give this house 5 stars and highly recommend it!

A very nice Beach House

We rented this beach house to spend some time with my daughter and her family. The house is located a short walk from a very nice beach. There is a small creek that empties into the ocean at the beach, and my grandsons really enjoyed playing both on the beach and in the creek. The house is quite nice. There are a lot of stairs, so anyone who is infirm would do well to look elsewhere, but we enjoyed the views and the privacy that having multiple floors afforded. The garage is loaded with beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, kites, assorted pails, shovels, and other sand toys), and a pool table. The house is located on a one-way street, and there is no on-street parking, but plenty of room for a couple of cars in the driveway. Suggestions: 1) It would be helpful to label the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. 2) There was a sign in the kitchen, and a note in the property guide that stated that there is no off-street parking. I found this a bit confusing, as there was also verbiage that said that we should park in the driveway, which by definition is "off-street". Since there was no available space to park on the street, we assumed that the no off-street parking sign was an error. 3) House policy is that those staying in the house when garbage is collected should put the various bins out on the opposite side of the street on pick-up day. We found this a bit confusing, as the opposite side of the street was packed with parked cars. In our area, the bins need to be spaced apart on the street to allow a truck with an automated pick-up arm to empty them. We found that we could place our bins in front of other bins across the street, and apparently it wasn't a problem. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Great beach getaway

This property location is great, quiet but near the beach. Everything you could want for a beach vacation and a pool table! Great if you want to cook your own meals or bbq, but also nearby some good restaurants.

Perfect Beach Getaway

What more could you want in a vacation? An uncrowded beach just a short all away, beach wagons filled with sand toys, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely backyard for foggy morning play and restaurants of every ethnicity a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay. We’ll definitely be back!!

Excellent Home, but...

This home is super clean, great space for family, with wonderful features and a short walk to the beach. Perfect location, but... ...the first thing you will notice is a tight parking situation. Second, when you put your head down to rest at night, Treasure Island Drive (along backyard fence) is problematic.

Clean and well appointed

Very cute, very clean home our family of 4 really enjoyed. An extremely well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and very comfortable beds, bedding nice, great TV. Thank you Bailey Property management and the owners of this home for a great place to stay. We will look you up next time we are in town visiting family.

Our 1st vacation stay in Aptos

We liked the house, but you really need to add how much stairs there are in this house. Also, we were very disappointed with the backyard, the BBQ and the broken stairs going up to the top. Plus the refrigerator did not work really well for the food we had, so we had to go get ice for the ice chest. And its really sad the area really doesn't have alot of eateries. Would like to try another location or house.

Fantastic find!!

My family and I had an amazing time!! The home is completely renovated, spacious and super clean!! Location is perfect....very easy to maneuver through the towns. Their recommendations for places to get a bite to eat are spot on. Manuel’s is by far my favorite!! If we should head back out that way will most definitely book again.

Clean and spacious beach house

I booked this place for 7 adults for 3 days. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Neighborhood is clean and quiet. The place itself ended up much nicer in person. We really appreciated the roof patio in the evening and being able to park in the driveway. Driveway fits 2 cars easily. Communication with management was smooth and no issues with check in or check out. Would definately stay here again.
