The home offers a classic beach house feel with all the comforts and amenities a home has to offer. There is direct access to the pool from the bedroom downstairs. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time renting this beach house, and seeing the ocean and hearing the waves everyday was awesome. It is Centrally located and close to Capitola, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Monterey. The unit is perfect for 3 couples and had everything we needed. We were all very comfortable.

Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a big plus for 3 couples. Unit had everything we needed for cooking, for spending time with family , and for doing laundry if needed.
