Detta är ett hem med 2 sovrum, 1 badrum som bekvämt sover 4 personer. Perfekt för en grupp vänner eller en liten familj. Det är också perfekt för ett par tillflyktsort till ett pris. Ligger på kullen med utsikt över den ledande utsikten över Monterey Bay; denna enhet ligger i ett lugnt och generellt privat komplex. Denna hyresnivå är väl dekorerad, välskött och fullt möblerad.

Ett sovrum har en king size-säng med utsikt över havet och en TV med DVD. Det andra rummet har en queen size-säng och utsikt över den komplexa poolen. Båda rummen har privata dörrar till toaletten, som är möblerad med badkar.

Du kommer in i ett ljust vardagsrum med vidsträckt utsikt över bukten och det berömda cementfartyget. Det finns också en eldstad och platt-TV med DVD. Vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser för en grupp vänner och familj. Tre barstolar sitter vid köksbaren som tittar in i det fullt möblerade köket; en bra uppsättning för att underhålla, umgås och koppla av. För att få en bättre titt på utsikten kan du gå in på det privata däcket som ligger precis utanför vardagsrummet. Här kommer du att använda en grill och uteservering. Du har tillgång till poolen och har två privata parkeringsplatser utanför gatan. Hemmet har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Det är en mycket kort promenad till den berömda "10 Mile Beach". Hemmet är bekvämt beläget nära en välkänd deli (Pixie Deli), kafé, närbutik och high end-restaurang (Cafe Rio). Du är också inom 2 miles från livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger, bio, bensinstationer, golfbana, tennisbana och mycket mer!

  • Nice, long hike today. Went down the Bridge Creek Trail, and then to Maple Falls. About an 8-mile total hike. Redwoods everywhere you look, and a deep dark forest that gave lots of 'mood'. We came across a tiny snake! It was just a few inches long, red back, sunning itself on a rock in the middle of the creek.

We stayed at this condo in August and the highlight was definitely the view — absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to see whales right from the balcony, which made the trip unforgettable. The location was convenient, and overall the space had good potential for a relaxing getaway.That said, there were some drawbacks. The condo didn’t provide beach towels or boogie boards, which would have been a nice touch considering the setting. The bigger issue was that we noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing and made the space feel less clean than we would have liked.If the owners address the bathroom issue and add some basic amenities for beach use, this could easily be a five-star spot. As it stands, the views are amazing, but the details could use some attention.

Loved the easy parking and proximity to the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped. Some electrical outlets were loose and the carpeting need cleaning. Overall a nice stay.

The condo is exactly as it's advertised. Dated but very functional. Convenient parking, right on near the beach and good food near buy. We are very happy with our stay and will be back.

Excellent location and view but property dated and dusty

we stayed here for a week and just got home, the sofa in living room had a layer of dust on it when we first arrived, and the house is from the 80's but the view, location was amazing. TV in the living room is quirky and takes some figuring out, had trouble lighting gas fireplace in living room as pilot was out, and property manager didn't know how to- ultimately we figured it out ourselves. Also only 2 toilet paper rolls and 1 kitchen towel were provided for the whole week of our stay which I thought was a rip-off, so make sure to buy/take yours if you go for more than 2-3 days. The check-out process was too elaborate with detailed instructions of cleaning the place and taking garbage out was almost a hike up the hill to the next building, but otherwise the place was great location-wise and view wise. The bathroom was tiny and cramped, so don't expect it to be luxurious, just a small beach condo with an amazing view.

See fabulous ocean sunsets from this condo!

This 2 bedroom condo was comfortable and clean, and had a very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and even baking sheets. It is up on a hill, and the ocean views are fabulous. One can sit at the dining table and watch the sun set over the ocean, which I did on several evenings. I loved hearing the sounds of the ocean waves from the bedroom I slept in. There is one dedicated parking space very close to the condo. The property managers were very friendly and responsive when I needed some help figuring out how to get the gas fireplace going, which was nice as it can get a bit chilly in Aptos in Jan. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, also, which I used. I loved my stay here!

It is all about the view!

The view is stunning. Location was great for activities south to Monterey and north to Half Moon Bay. To stay here, you are required to sign a separate agreement with a property management company and pick up keys from them at their office - luckily they are located just minutes away from the condo.

Excellent location in Aptos, with ocean views!

Property was as described and is situated in a lovely location in Aptos, which is walking distance to the beach. Ocean views from the larger bedroom, living room, deck and kitchen. Flat was well stocked with all needed items for a comfortable stay for my family of 3 during the holidays. Easy check in/out and clear instruction regarding the essentials, i.e. heat, wifi, etc. Would be glad to rent this property again in the future.

Close to the beach. Wonderful views. Left the bedroom window open to hear the waves all night💗

Spent the Thanksgiving week here and it was perfect. Location was just right. Found a breakfast place up the road, Red Apple Cafe, Highly recommend! i had some great walks along the beach except for the few days we had rain. We did lose power one evening, there are no flashlights in the condo that we could find. If your visit is during a storm season, take a flashlight just in case. In our case it was a freak Bomb Hurricane that came through, i dont know that the power goes out often during storms. Our kids (Teenagers) loved the place. they have asked if we could book this every year. It sounds like a good idea to me. Thank you for sharing the place with us.
