“I really liked this hotel! The staff was really polite and attentive and I was given a quiet room which I had requested - important in a city like Cairo! The location was central and it was great to have a view of the Nile from the rooftop. Within a 20 min walk you can find good street food and some cafés. Also possible to walk to the area Zamalek and Cairo Tower. The only food i tried at the hotel was a hamburger in the Jazz bar, it was so so. In summary I really recommend this hotel! ”

“Väldigt rent, städpersonalen höll kontinuerligt rent överallt, på toaletter och badrum. Personalen har koll på bokningar, arrangemang osv. Bra engelska. Varma täcken på rummen. Ett enkelt hostel mitt i Cairo. Har inga klagomål. ”

“Isis Hotel 2 is a very good option for those who want a simple but secure and centrally located hotel. All rooms are on the top floors of a high rise building so views are spectacular of the Nile and Cairo. Maybe I got lucky but the view alone was worth the price! The room was old and could use renovation but it was clean and quiet from the inside. I prefer having natural air so I had my window opened which let in a lot of the busy traffic below. The room does have A/C and TV but I didn't use...

“Staff kind and polite. Picture from terass in Hotels.com so bad. Wasnt even any terass set on. Only much birds in small cage and Dirty. We have familyroom for 5. Was ok and comfort bed. Elevator terrible.. roof in almost fall down. But for the money downtown in Kairo its ok. Can think for be back sure. But please fix terass so guest can stay little there. Best regards from Sweden family.”

“The location is prime close to the tahrir square and the Egyptian Museum. Many local restaurants in the block behind the hotel. If you want to try local cuisine there is plenty to choose from. The Reception staff was helpful and provided great service. The Hotel/Hostel is on the 5 and 6th floor in a building that feels strange walking into. Entry floor of the building is dark and dusty with a bench that makes you wonder where you arrived. 1st floor looked deserted with a door with arabic...

“The staff was amazing. The front desk was open 24 hours with someone available to accommodate your concerns. Very knowledgeable and helpful navigating the city. Breakfast was lovely. I had breakfast on the terrace every morning. The staff was available to serve you coffee, tea, juice, water, etc. etc. It was a great place to connect with fellow travelers, and the cool breeze in the morning was very inviting. ”
