Fantastiskt öppet hus i stor lantgård nära stranden och sevärdheter

  • Coach House sover 8 -10 i 4 sovrum med 4 badrum / duschrum och ligger cirka 4 miles från Arbroath. Dess huvudsakliga funktion är det enorma vardagsrummet som innehåller den ursprungliga stoneworken och bågarna i det ursprungliga gamla Coach House och den hisnande vista i Kinblethmont skogsmarker genom glaset fronted sunroom området. Den muromgärdade trädgården och dess lekplats, fruktträdgård och stor terrass är en kort promenad bort.

    Högkvalitativa material har använts överallt från den massiva ektrappan till de polerade granitytorna i det högspecifika köket med alla moderna bekvämligheter.

    Coach House hålls mysigt och varmt med golvvärme nere och radiatorer på övervåningen - alla drivna med träspån från Kinblethmont gården och det finns också en braskamin för att smyga upp till på kallare kvällar. Den har en 3D-TV med Sky-kanaler och en DVD-spelare samt gratis WiFi för de gånger du tycker om att stanna inomhus.

    Uteplatsen är åtkomlig från franskfönstren i solrummet och har bord, stolar och solstolar så att du kan få ut det mesta av det bättre vädret. Eller om du föredrar, är sunroom-området själv en suntrap och har stolar för avkoppling, s�� att du kan se världen gå, göra lite fågelspotting (vi tillhandahåller kikaren) eller helt enkelt hålla koll på barnen när de spelar ute .

    Det finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng nere med ett duschrum bredvid det för dem som tycker det är svårare att ta itu med övervåningen. Det stora familjerummet på övervåningen kan sova 4 om man använder en dag säng och det har en TV för DVD-skivor, The Coach House är fäst vid "The Stables" som har egen ingång i motsatta änden av byggnaden och sina egna trädgårdsområden . De två egenskaperna kan dock öppnas för större familjegrupper.

    En barnstol och barnsäng kan ställas till förfogande utan extra kostnad.

    Varför inte hyra några av våra cyklar och se området i en mer lugn takt.

    Kinblethmont House har 4 utställningar om året i konstgalleriet och entré är gratis, så väl värt ett besök om din vistelse sammanfaller.

Superb property

Amazing accommodation in the Coach House on the Kinblethmont estate. Exceptionally well appointed with everything you could need, clean as a pin and crisp white bed linens. I would highly recommend.Located within easy reach of Arbroath where you have to try the Arbroath smokey , visit the working harbour and go for a cliff walk.

Great place to stay

The property was absolutely beautiful better than the picture, it a great place to stay, we had a group of 8 adults and had the best time. The place was easy to find the grounds are great to explore and has a number of attractions near by. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. Lovely house in a peaceful spot

The Coach House is a beautifully renovated building which is very well appointed as a holiday house. Beautiful location within the grounds of an impressive estate. We loved the eco- credentials too! Great amenities within the walled garden for fun and games! Would highly recommend.

Rented coach house and stables for a few days. Was a really good decision, had EVERYTHING we needed, I have rented loads of houses UK and abroad and this one stands out for all the right reasons. Big enough for group of 12 with both adjoining houses. Comfort level was very good. Very private place too. Trying to find a negitive nope can't think of one*****

unforgettable!

We had already expected a lot from the advertisement. But seeing the house was overwhelming. We spent an unforgettable week as a group of seven friends in a luxurious house in a beautiful setting.the only regret was that we were not able to take full advantage of the many facilities offered by the estate, such as the walled garden.

Everything and more.

Photo gallery was a true reflection of the property but was more than pleasantly surprised to find lots of quality extras eg plenty of dishwasher and washing tablets, lovely shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and shower gel with super shower units.

Absolute Paradise

We stayed in the Coach House and it was FABULOUS!!! There were 8 of us at one point and we had an amazing time eating at the long table and lounging outside and around the gardens. The weather was perfect and we used the barbeque often. Jessica was super helpful and we had a great time exploring the surrounding area. This place is a gem and we look forward to returning one day : )

Kinblethmont Coachhouse

A very spacious accommodation which amply suited our party of eight adults and one infant not quite two. We enjoyed a couple of bbq's in the spacious and almost secluded garden which is surrounded by greenery and made good use of the firepit also. The furniture and fittings were of high quality. We enjoyed walking the various paths through the woods to the walled gafden which is massive. There is a badminton and volleyball net set up in the gardens and a table tennis table. There is also a chest with croquet equipment and other bits and pieces. In summary a fabulous place to stay!

Stayed with family over New Year . Coach house was very spacious and bright.Kitchen was very well equipped and had everything you needed to make family meals. Plenty of space for everyone to get together also for the children to play.

This is our second visit and we love it. This time we were extra pleased by the addition of the Christmas tree. It was a lovely touch. The house is well equipped. Everyone had a great time, so much so we booked another visit for June while we were there.

This was a three generation October break. We all loved the experience.

The house and grounds were well maintained and very attractive. A major safety concern for the young and old was the open wooden staircase. The open plan ground floor allowed early morning children's play to rouse sleepers and TV needed to be quiet. Overall it is a lovely place to stay. The toy box and play things in a huge walled garden was a big hit.

A Great Stay

We certainly were not disappointed when we arrived at Kinblethmont Couch House. It was such a beautiful home with outstanding surroundings. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area and it is a must to visit Lunan Bay while staying there. Scotland is a beautiful country and this visit made our trip from Canada certainly worth every minute.

A Little Piece of Heaven

This was our fourth visit to Kinblethmont but our first visit to the Coach House. We loved every second of our stay. My husband and I went with my parents and our 2 sons, aged 12 and 2. There was ample room for us all. My parents had the downstairs room, my 12 year old claimed the family room and my husband, Me and Joe used the other large double room. The house was well equipped and some lovely touches leaving Jam, oat cakes and biscuits in the kitchen. My son's mainly like to play at the amazing Walled Garden. We were there daily and my 2 year old was particularly fascinated with the lawnmowers around the estate which kept the grass maintained! We took our annual trips to Lunan Bay, Friockheim, Arbroath and even managed to see Arbroath win a football match! We will most definitely be back to Kinblethmont. We are all so fond of the place and wee Joe is asking to go on his holidays again so it was a hit for a boisterous toddler too. Thank you for helping us make some wonderful memories.

Beautiful House in a fab quiet location.

We loved this house , How quiet and beautiful it was. The house had everything you needed and we all didn’t want to come home. Would definitely stay again. We had a birthday celebration and especially enjoyed the walled garden.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful cottage

This was our second time staying at Kinblethmont and it was just as good as we had remembered from last year - the Coach House was beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipped. Grown ups and kids alike loved the walled garden, and seeing pheasants strolling past our door. Very helpful hosts. Had a lovely trip to Lunan Bay one day. Highly recommend this property and estate. We will be back again next year!

Lees Getaway & 50th Celebration

Just now getting the chance to write a review for this spectacular property in the Kinblethmont Estate, near Arbroath. We booked the Coachhouse for a family celebration & couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. It looks great on the website, but actually the pictures don't do it justice....so beautiful & everything was done to a very high class standard. All the rooms are fantastic & fitted out with lovely furniture & superb bathrooms. We loved being able to eat all together inside & out using the excellent kitchen & BBQ facilities. Jessica was close by & welcomed us on our arrival day. She gave us directions to some of the nearby attractions & in particular the walled garden.......spending the day there playing all sorts of games was a big highlight for our whole family aged between 13 & 57. Knowing Jessica was close by was a comfort in case we needed anything (we didn't) but she was extremely discreet & kept a polite distance, giving us our space to enjoy our time there. We were blessed with great weather & had the full doors/windows open onto the patio area & spent several hours eating, drinking, playing games & just relaxing in what is a truly wonderfully serene setting. Absolutely gorgeous with all the trees, birds etc. We loved it & will most definitely be back before too long. xoxoxo Lees Family

Fantastic property.

Had a brilliant weekend here. The property is fantastic and the hosts extremely helpful. The garden, barbeque and chiminea are excellent additions to a very well designed house. Our toddler had a great time on the woodland walk and playpark, and loved watching all the pheasants! We would definitely come here again.

Great property, lovely surroundings superb stay

This was our tenth holiday to the Kinblethmont estate. We had an excellent stay. The accommodation is really comfortable, warm and finished to a very high standard. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are great for exploring - the kids love playing table tennis, rugby and Frisbee in the the secret garden and there are plenty of great walks.
