“House Olympia is an absolute gem of a home on a hill overlooking some spectacular views of the area. It is very close to Ancient Olympia, but even if you just want a nice place to enjoy rural Greece, House Olympia is a perfect spot. There is a full kitchen, very comfortable bed, very comfortable living room and formal dining area in addition to the kitchen breakfast area. Aggeliki is a warm and lovely host and a font of information about Ancient Olympia and the area. I cannot recommend this...

“Anreise mit Navigator. Schlüssel wurde gebracht. Kurze Einweisung. Es gab 3 Ventilatoren, Elektroherd funktionierte nicht. Toilettenspülung, großes Geschäft, nur mit einer Schüssel Wasser. Alte, marode Fensterläden und Betonwände ! Dann pro Nacht 10,-€ für den Hund. Kein Geschäft in der Nähe. Der Strand und die Tavernen waren super!”

“Es war wunderschön, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus ist sehr heimelig und die Terrasse und der Pool sind traumhaft.”

“The unit was in a unique location in rural Greece, in the midst of an Olive Tree farm. It was charming, quiet, roomy for us, and functional for our needs. The host was very friendly and kind and helpful. We appreciated the gifts of food (fresh tangerines!). Unfortunately, the unit we were booked for was under renovation, so we stayed in a unit attached to the house. Heating in the back bedroom was minimal, and the internet was not functioning for the first day.”

“Once you arrive you may say I want to stay a bit longer at this wonderful location high above the Olympia. Our host was engaging and wanted to ensure the stay met our expectations. I would highly recommend this stay.”

“Grateful to have found this charming home in the charming village for this portion of our Greek holiday. The home is clean and comfortable with plenty of room for my husband, two teens, and me. The parking space was a welcomed bonus! From Dimitsana we did a day trip to Olympia and took advantage of the local hiking and historical sites just outside the village. There were plenty of amazing restaurants - we had a hard time choosing! Loved our stay stay in this beautiful home!”

“We had overall a really nice stay with our family. The pool and terras is super. It was mentioned that a family of 5 was no problem. Sleeping on the couch (not a couch-bed!) however for the 5th person was not clearly mentioned in advance. Anyway we were glad to get an extra folding bed after negotiating. The poor knowledge of the English language of the young ladies as local host was a (small) difficulty.”
