“The property was very clean as advertised. It is located in a well kept neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone and very conscious of security, I was uncomfortable with the 4 young men outside the home directly behind the cottage. They did not say or do anything inappropriately, but the isolated area made me uncomfortable to come home after dark since I was traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.”

“This was our first VRBO experience and it was a great one. The tiny house is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood but within minutes of restaurants and downtown. The house itself is clean. The layout is well thought out. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The bathroom is small but has a great shower with plenty of hot water. The amenities include both men's and women's body wash as well as shampoo. They provide quality toilet paper. The towels are thick and plush. And yes the bathroom...

“Had a last minute opportunity to visit my daughter and looked at VRBO since I've always had great luck with them. Got to the property and found out that my room was 1/4 price per night. I paid VRBO more than 4 times what the hotel price was per night. Property was just barely OK. Pool was closed. Breakfast made my daughter violently ill which put a damper on the weekend. Feel stupid and taken advantage of...and yes, I am part of that responsibility so that is why I am writing this review...buyer...

“We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! The house is super cute and cozy. My son and husband went fishing at the pond, and we had fun feeding the sheep. Lots of land to go for walks and hiking (we brought our little dog too). There is an Amish store close to the house (walkable). Definitely check it out too. Delicious jams and sourdough bread! Close to downtown Ashville. Eliana was very responsive and nice!”

“This was the first VRBO I've ever stayed in, usually opting for chain hotels because of the rewards. Whoever built this place did an amazing job with the lighting. Everything is labelled in a cute way that makes everything easy to find. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen has all the utensils and spices to make just about anything.
