“We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. “This old cottage has been lovingly restored and decorated by a lovely young couple. The house is spacious and light. We had some technical issues with internet and the dryer but Niamh and Conor were quick to respond and find solutions. A few small issues could be improved: the bunk bed and one of the double beds creaked, the bathroom could do with some extra towel hooks and storage shelves for toiletries and we missed tables with the sofas.
