“Had a wonderful stay. 3 couples and none had been to Puerto Rico. The place was amazing and the perfect location. Only real issue we had was no water when we arrived, no fault of the condo. We contacted the host, Luis, and he promptly responded and said he would find out. He shortly responded back and had found out it was a water line break in the area and the water dept was working hard to get it fixed. We had water later that evening. “We had a very nice stay here. Apartment was clean and spacious. Right on the beach, pool was beautiful and 24 hour security was a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend this place. Only critique I would make is about the living area. The property can accommodate 6 people Comfortablely but the living area has only two love seats that can seat only 4 people. We were a family of 5 (4 adults and one child). “Excellent place. Close to everything you need but feels like your away from crowds. Pool is great. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. Felt very secure. If you want to get out of San Juan and enjoy the country this is a great location.”
