“We stayed here while visiting House on the Rock. I was pleased to see how quaint it was when we pulled onto the property. The staff were so welcoming, nice, and helpful. The rooms are kept in very good repair and very clean. I was surprised at how spacious the room was. I would wholeheartedly recommend this quaint roadside lodge for a stay when you are in the area. We plan to return in June to tour Taliesin and will definitely stay here again. ”

“Clearly there has never been a fire inspection done for this facility. Everything is ran by extension cords. Exposed wires and outlets held by duct tape. Luke warm water at best in the tub. Upon check in I showed my receipt where I booked 2 rooms and paid a deposit of half the room total for each room. The hotel had no record of anything being paid (even though I showed receipts) and had to pay in full again for both rooms to even stay there. Rooms were neat, but for the amount they charge a...

“The hotel smelled weird and, apparently, the cleaning staff had been fired sometime before our arrival. We found old food in the fridge and the bedsheets was not clean (found hair) in one of our rooms. They did not clean the gym for the full 5 days we were there either. However, the hotel receptionists made our beds and changed the towels daily.”
