“A good location with respect to the sites to see. It would be helpful if a physical welcome guide was provided with things like wifi password (we called them and they provided it), garbage location, etc. We didn’t have enough towels for the number of ppl we were and they brought some. “This is near Plaza de Armas, which is a beautiful spot. But there have been protesters in the streets for the last two years and are very loud with megaphones. And there is a bar next to this property, which is exceedingly loud other than two in the morning till five in the morning. The shower just had a pipe sticking out of the wall. I tried to stay there and just couldn't. Way too loud that I couldn't think or sleep. ”
