Arranged over two floors, the villa has two double bedrooms on the ground floor and three double bedrooms on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom and capable of accommodating up to 10 people.
It also has a dining room and a kitchen created in the old loggia on the ground floor whose large windows allow an extraordinary view of the valley, the surrounding hills, and the city of Arezzo which at night almost seems to be able to touch with a finger. simply by reaching out in the air.
The outdoor swimming pool has been inserted in this glimpse of the landscape and is located right on the edge of the garden, just outside the dining room and the living room, making it possible for lunches and dinners by the pool in the midst of nature with its colors and scents.
