“We really enjoyed our stay in this corner house in Eva Gardens complex. Lovely garden, large patio, clean, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, large smart TV with Netflix, very comfortable beds. The property is very well located in a quiet area of lower Peyia, close to the Old Peyia village with many restaurants and tavernas and also close to Philippos supermarkets which provides free delivery! “We stayed here for 31/2 weeks in July and it was fantastic. Prior to arrival communication was excellent and Demi was very helpful & nothing was too much trouble. The photos of the Villa and Gardens don’t do it justice.This is probably the cleanest Villa we have ever stayed at. The location to Kathikas village is perfect, it’s a 5-10 minute stroll to get to Tavernas & Restaurants which are very reasonably priced & the traditional Cypriot food is delicious. I would definitely recommend this...
