"The room was very comfortable. The only issue is that there is no elevator and no assistance was available to get luggage to the second floor. Also, the front desk clerk didn't know how to charge 1 room to the credit card on file and a 2nd room to a different credit card."

"We came on the CAT ferries and arrived around 7 in the fog. Not much to see, the hotel staff at the desk was beyond friendly, laundry facilities were good, room was very nice. Newish hotel, we just stayed from 7pm to 7am, so not much else to say."
