"The service at the hotel was fantastic—we would rate it 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly and kind, making us feel very welcome. The service was excellent in every way. We loved the breakfast buffet, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. The view from Sana was beautiful, and the spa also offered a lovely view. The only reason we gave 8/10 stars instead of 10 is that the spa was quite cold—we would have preferred it warmer. The room was also a bit chilly, and there were not enough pillows."

"Very clean, lots of space for parking around the area. Everyone working on the hotel very kind and serviceminded. Ok location. Rooms were very loud however and beds rock hard, might as well be sleeping on the floor. Could have returned if it wasn’t for the beds unfortunately. "

"Frukosten var trång och trots ett enormt utbud var maten inte värd pengarna. Allt kostar extra, t ex skåpet för värdeförvaring. Parkering finns egentligen inte. Man fick ställa sig på gatorna runtomkring och det var på ett rejält avstånd. Grannarna kan se in i rummet när de står på balkongen. Hissarna och korridorerna var kokhetta. Städningen var ok, men vi fick smutsiga handdukar en gång. AC:n på rummet var svår att reglera och förde ett hemskt oväsen ibland. Stor och fin toalett. Otroligt trevligt med live musik varje kväll. "
