“They don’t give proper or clear advice on when is the last ferry. We did not stay at this hotel not that we hadn’t paid not that we didn’t call in time but we did all that telling them that we will only be back from the Ben Nevis trek after 11:30pm however they did not tell us that the last ferry to the hotel was 9:30pm.
