“Really nice property. Large room. Standard Home2 layout which is always brilliant. Spacious room with kitchenette and full size fridge. Easy access to everything needed (shops, food etc). Kanny on the front desk was a stand-out. He was friendly and very helpful. Appreciated his knowledgeable conversation. Would have rated higher but other front desk staff let property down. We asked three people on reception if there was coin metered parking downtown. Each basically shrugged their shoulders...

"They had missed cleaning the room enough, after someone had probably puked. I showed a photo at the reception, and they only said ”sorry about that”, and there were no compensation whatsoever. They also called us to say that we had unpaid bills, just so we ”knew”, before checking out. It was 8 USD, they had not been able to charge. I called Amex to check, and they could see that they had tried, but it was not Amex who denied using the card, but Hyatts terminal according to Amex. Really disappointed!"
